Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Provyral (provyral.com), a web app that helps short-form video creators find reels that are performing well above normal in their niche, understand why, and plan and script their own content. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You need to be at least 16 years old to use Provyral.
• You sign in with Google or email. Keep access to that account safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person per account. Don't share or resell access.

What Provyral does and doesn't do

• We show publicly available Instagram data (public reels, view counts, captions) and our analysis of it.
• AI features (breakdowns, scripts, the coach) are generated by machine learning models. They can be wrong. Check facts before you publish.
• We don't post, comment or message on your behalf, and we never ask for your Instagram password.
• We can't promise views, followers or income. Past performance of other creators' reels is not a guarantee of yours.

Acceptable use

• Use remakes and scripts as inspiration. Don't re-upload other creators' videos or copy their work in a way that breaks their rights.
• Don't scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, and don't use it to harass anyone.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans, credits and payments

• Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
• Each plan includes a number of credits per billing period. Actions such as a full reel analysis or a script cost credits; browsing the feed does not. Failed actions are refunded in credits.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. They stay available while you have an active plan.
• Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles billing, taxes and invoices. Their terms also apply to your purchase.
• You can cancel anytime in Settings → Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our refund policy.

Your content

Scripts, ideas, notes and coach conversations you create belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You can delete your account and this content at any time.

Changes and availability

We improve Provyral often, so features may change. We aim for the service to be available at all times but can't guarantee it. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.

Liability

Provyral is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
